该线采用智能化自动控制技术、轮辋焊缝位置快速识别检测技术和轮辋快速气密性检测技术，应用卧式扩口、卧式扩张工艺以及集散控制系统，基于CCD图像识别技术对车轮总成中心孔与螺栓孔形位等参数进行识别测量，利用激光位移传感器对车轮总成的端径跳进行精确测量，为实现智能生产提供数据支撑，可实现远程监控，通过互联网可进行远程诊断服务，解决了客户的后顾之忧。

The line adopts intelligent automatic control technology, rapid identification and detection technology of rim weld position and rapid air tightness detection technology of rim, applies horizontal flaring and horizontal expansion technology and distributed control system, identifies and measures parameters such as the shape and position of the center hole and bolt hole of the wheel assembly based on CCD image recognition technology, and uses laser displacement sensor to accurately measure the end diameter jump of the wheel assembly, providing data support for intelligent production, realizing remote monitoring and remote diagnosis service through the Internet, thus solving the worries of customers.
