该线具有自动换挡功能的伺服脉冲闪光交流对焊机、三维可调整的柔性轮辋滚型机、焊缝识别及气密性检测机、激光扫描的端径跳检测机，集成应用了六轴机器人与3D工业相机，实现了乘用车轮毂生产线的智能化和柔性化。先后获国家发明2项，实用新型7项，软件著作权6项，2021年入山东省首台（套）技术装备名录。

It has successively won 2 national inventions, 7 utility models and 6 software copyrights, and was listed in the first technical equipment list of Shandong Province in 2021.
